Modern life is complicated and can be difficult to navigate, and I know first-hand that the mind isn’t always a safe space. I suffered from poor mental health for more than fifteen years, and I want to help you see that there is an alternative available – that you can change your brain and live a life that is emotionally and mentally rich, fulfilling and present. It doesn’t mean things will always be perfect, but I can equip you with the tools to sustain yourself through life’s inevitable ups and downs.
I teach workshops, classes and retreats, offer 1:2:1 and corporate mindset coaching, regularly run panel talks and events, and write for global publications including Vogue, Refinery29 and Mind Body Green. I also work with many charities including The Refugee Council and Crisis, and act as the Head of Wellbeing for Raw Press.
Most recently, I launched my new weekly podcast, Priorities, which explores the things in life that really matter. Each week I’m joined by a prominent guest as they open up about what’s important, and unimportant, to them. Putting aside their fascinating insights, it’s a good opportunity to consider your own priorities, and whether you’re living the life you truly want to live.
I have been featured in Women's Health, Vogue, The Guardian, iD, Dazed Beauty, Nylon, and NBC News.
Before this I spent 10 years working as a fashion and arts journalist, and still enjoy a high heel and a dirty martini now and then.
